One of our trusted clients at The St Johns Handyman had a desire to make use of their large attic space. They decided to opt for an Attic Ladder Installation. The project was unique as the ceiling height was over 10 1/2 feet, demanding a larger opening. We began by modifying the ceiling opening to fit a larger door. After confirming everything was structurally sound and reframed, we proceeded with the large attic ladder installation. What’s more, we managed to fit four sheets of half-inch OSB boards into the attic for additional storage.
