A customer in Jacksonville was in need of easier access to their attic and additional storage space. At The St Johns Handyman, we were more than happy to assist. The project involved an attic ladder installation that required a larger than standard ladder due to the height of the ceilings. This necessitated some modifications to the access hole, including extending and bracing. We used 5/8” subfloor storage boards, sturdy enough to walk on without any worry.
